Pennington County Attorney Alan Rogalla contacts defendant in federal civil rights lawsuit to review his work

Pennington County Attorney Alan Rogalla has announced that Red Lake County Attorney Michael LaCoursiere will be reviewing his work in the Sally Mumm case. Michael LaCoursiere is named as a defendant in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al - a civil rights action filed under 42 – U.S.C. – 1983 (Deprivation of Rights). |
